Authorization of aircraft pilots and helicopter pilots is performed in accordance with Annex 1 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation, GD no.204/2020 requirements.
Authorization of pilots of gliders and baloons is performed in accordance with requirements of GD no. 85/2023.
Authorization of cabin crew is performed in accordance with Annex 1 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation, GD no.204/2020 requirements.
Authorization of air traffic controllers is performed in accordance with Annex 1 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation and the "Regulation establishing the technical requirements and administrative procedures relating to the certificates of air traffic controllers" approved by GD No.134/27.02.2019.
Authorization of flight engineers is performed in accordance with Annex 1 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation and the national regulation RAC-FE requirements, approved by MIRD Order no. 176 from 12.12.2024.
Authorization of flight dispatch is performed in accordance with Annex 1 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation and the national regulation RAC - APL requirements.
