Quarterly Report of the Human Resources Department within CAA

The Human Resources Directorate plays an essential role in the proper functioning of the institution, contributing to the recruitment, training, and retention of professionals in the field of civil aviation. Building a competent, motivated, and well-prepared team is the foundation of an efficient authority focused on excellence.
We briefly present the main achievements of the Human Resources Directorate within the Civil Aviation Authority for the first quarter of 2025:
Active personnel: 82 employees — 36 women and 46 men
Careers: 5 competitions held, 4 new employees (1 civil servant | 3 under individual employment contracts), 3 employment terminations
Professional training: 22 training sessions (1 internal, 5 external, 16 online), 10 business trips, 58 employees trained
These indicators reflect the Civil Aviation Authority’s ongoing commitment to attracting, developing, and retaining a qualified team.
