Facilitation in air transport are defined as a set of measures, human resources and material resources aimed at improving and streamlining the flow of aircraft, crew, passengers, cargo, mail and luggage at airports, as well as to optimize the services provided to air transport beneficiaries, to ensure compliance with civil aviation requirements and standards.
